Brende commended Egypt's economic reforms and investment attraction efforts, expressing the World Economic Forum's keenness to showcase Egypt's success story. President Sisi urged the Forum to encourage foreign private sector investment in priority areas such as industry, sustainable energy, communications, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and transportation.
The meeting also addressed regional issues. President Sisi outlined his vision for peace and stability in the Middle East, highlighting the negative consequences of the ongoing conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon and the potential global economic repercussions of escalation.
