The project spans 137 acres along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and is just 20 minutes from the Grand Egyptian Museum, near Sphinx International Airport.
The development includes the Locanda Hotel and hotel
apartments, in addition to Town Square, which serves as a commercial and
administrative hub for boutique offices, and the Rays Social Club.
The project also features the luxurious Elie Saab Signature
