According to a statement issued today, Monday, by the Cabinet’s Media Center, the approval allows submission of building permit applications for floor areas up to 75% of the rooftop floor on small residential plots within NUCA cities until the end of May. Applications must comply with the same terms and conditions outlined in the relevant decisions and official correspondence.
NUCA’s sectors have been authorized to grant additional
extensions if needed, with city authorities being notified to implement them
according to the established regulations.
