The meeting was attended by officials from both the Ministry and the company.
El-Sherbiny emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to
expanding cooperation with the private sector, describing it as a key partner
in driving urban development. He noted that the Ministry aims to maximize the
benefits of implemented projects and enhance their operational performance
across residential, service, and investment activities.
He explained that the Ministry is also working to fully
leverage available investment opportunities within new cities. This approach
contributes to attracting local and foreign investments, supporting the
national economy, creating job opportunities, and ensuring optimal use of the
advanced infrastructure developed across various urban communities.
During the meeting, officials reviewed the sales and
marketing status of several projects, including “West View” in Sheikh Zayed
City, as well as several projects in New Alamein City and the New
Administrative Capital.
The meeting also discussed investment opportunities under
the partnership framework between the Ministry and HDP.
