Ahmed Heridy, head of the Accounts and Financial Directorates Sector, stated that five days have been allocated for monthly salary payments and three days for outstanding arrears across all government ministries and agencies.
The January salary schedule begins on January 22, with
arrears to be paid on January 6, 11, and 12. February salaries will be
disbursed starting February 22, with arrears on February 8, 9, and 10. For
March, salaries will be available starting March 18, with arrears on March 8,
9, and 10.
Funds will be accessible through ATMs according to the electronic financial system schedule. Officials urged civil servants to avoid crowding at teller machines, noting that salaries remain available at any time following the specified start dates.
