The tournament was organized in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Madinaty Golf. The "We Are With You" Initiative aims to raise community awareness about Alzheimer's disease, promote early prevention methods, and provide psychological and social support to patients.
Mr. Omar Hisham Talaat, Chief Business Development Officer
at Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), confirmed that Madinaty Golf Club’s hosting of
the "We Are With You" Initiative reflects TMG’s keen commitment to
its corporate social responsibility (CSR).
He explained that the significant achievements of Madinaty
Golf Club, recognized as the best golf course in Egypt and Africa and a leading
destination for international golf championships, served as a driving force to
leverage this success. The goal is to maximize the club's role in CSR by organizing
and hosting numerous community initiatives in collaboration with various civil
society organizations.
Dr. Hossam Farahat, Governor of Rotary Egypt, stated,
"We are keen to launch initiatives that have a sustainable impact on the
communities where we operate. Organizing this charity golf tournament aims to
raise community awareness about Alzheimer's disease."
Additionally, Dr. Eman El Ghamrawy, Founder and President of the Rotary Club of Cairo Golf Madinaty, affirmed that the "We Are With You" Initiative focuses on supporting Alzheimer's patients and the elderly in general, with a special emphasis on raising awareness of the disease and providing support to those affected.
