TBK signs deal with Minor Hotels to expand in Egypt, Saudi Arabia

TBK International, the development arm of Tabarak Holding Group in the Gulf, has decided to expand its projects across Gulf countries, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, alongside its ongoing expansion in Egypt through the signing of a new agreement.

TBK signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Minor Hotels during the Tourise Summit in Riyadh, held under the patronage of the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, to launch the Oaks Riyadh project in Saudi Arabia.

The two companies also plan to develop new projects under the NH Collection brand at prime locations in Egypt through TBK Real Estate Development, the group’s development arm in the Egyptian market.

TBK said in a statement that the Oaks Riyadh Suites project is located in the heart of the Saudi capital and includes 146 residential units. The project features a range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a health club, a fitness center, and retail and leisure spaces.

The statement added that the first phase of the project is scheduled to open in early 2026, in line with global hospitality standards and aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
