The company achieved EGP 43.8 billion during the first three
quarters of this year. It ranked sixth among the top ten companies in terms of
sales during that period.
Sales were distributed across City Edge’s own projects in
East and West Cairo. The company also markets projects on behalf of the New
Urban Communities Authority
City Edge owns a land portfolio of 261 acres across five
projects in East and West Cairo. The land it develops in partnership with the
New Urban Communities Authority covers approximately 3,000 acres in New
Alamein, the New Administrative Capital, and New Mansoura.
The company is working on the V40 District project in New
Cairo, which spans 40 acres. Twenty acres are dedicated to building 20 villas,
and the remaining 20 acres are for additional parts of the project. City Edge
is also developing a project in Lotus City on 60 acres, with 80% for
residential use and 20% for administrative and commercial purposes. It manages
the Etapa and Etapa Square projects in Sheikh Zayed on 100 acres, and a new
project in the New Administrative Capital covering 61 acres.
