The CBD project, described by the Minister as enjoying significant high-level attention for being the first of its kind in Egypt, includes a complex of mixed-use towers. El-Sherbiny stressed the necessity of completing the project to the highest quality standards and on schedule.
The meeting reviewed the remaining work, particularly fire
protection measures, and progress on the administrative and residential towers,
including snagging lists in preparation for final handover. The Minister also
tracked the progress on the Iconic Tower (Africa's tallest at nearly 400

on the Crescent Towers.
CSCEC representatives affirmed their full commitment to the
specified timelines and the completion of all outstanding issues.
