SoftBank officials, who currently invest in Egypt through their EMEA Renewable Energy unit, confirmed their increasing interest in the Egyptian market following recent site visits to Aswan, Ras Ghareb, and the New Administrative Capital. The executives expressed keenness to pursue new expansion opportunities in clean energy, energy storage, AI, and data centers.
