This year’s program saw participation from over 12,000
university students from across Egypt, reaffirming CIB’s dedication to
nurturing the next generation of financial leaders and creating meaningful
career opportunities both within the banking sector and across the wider
economy.
The program, running for several weeks, was carefully
crafted in collaboration with more than 16 international partners to bridge the
gap between academic theory and professional practice. Trainees received
intensive modules across essential banking fields under the theme
“Sustainability and Sustainable Finance,” reflecting a major national priority
and aligning with local and global trends.
The closing ceremony celebrated the collective achievements
of the trainees and the valuable contributions of CIB’s senior partners. The
event featured interactive sessions and experience-sharing activities aimed at
guiding trainees toward their professional ambitions, creating an unforgettable
atmosphere of enthusiasm and inspiration.
