The Minister toured Marina 8, which covers an area of 179
acres. The site includes residential projects consisting of chalets and villas,
totaling 243 buildings with 917 units. He reviewed the progress of utility
networks, including drinking water, sewage, irrigation, and roads. He also
inspected electricity networks, roadworks, and site landscaping.
He examined the ongoing works and the current status of the
road connecting Marina 2 to Marina 8.
El-Sherbiny and his team also inspected the development and
capacity upgrade of the main entrance road to Marina 5, which stretches for 2
kilometers.
The Minister directed that work be intensified, detailed
schedules be established for all activities, and continuous on-site supervision
be maintained to ensure the completion of all projects within the specified
timelines.
