During the meeting, held at the minister's office in the New Administrative Capital, Gobran heard a detailed explanation from company officials on the mechanisms for establishing the proposed digital system. The system aims to develop and raise the efficiency of the ministry's services and facilitate the process for citizens, employees, and business owners to obtain various services more quickly, accurately, and transparently.
The Minister stressed his keenness to expand digital
transformation within the ministry's sectors, aligning with the state's drive
toward the digitization of government services. He directed that the proposal,
including its advanced, applicable technical solutions, be reviewed to achieve
integration between the ministry and its related entities. He also instructed
the specialized departments to study the detailed offer to reach the best
implementation mechanisms that achieve the targeted development and ensure the
improvement of service quality for citizens.
