Madbouly attended the ceremony at the government
headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, where a Memorandum of
Understanding was signed between the National Accreditation Council of the Arab
Republic of Egypt and the Algerian Accreditation Authority of the People’s
Democratic Republic of Algeria. The document was signed by Kamel Al Wazir,
Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and
Transport, and by Yahia Bechir, Minister of Industry of Algeria.
He also followed the signing of a Memorandum of
Understanding between the two governments in housing, urban development and
city development. The document was signed by Rania Al Mashat, Minister of
Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, and by Mohamed
Tarek Belaribi, Minister of Housing, Urban Development, the City and Urban
Planning of Algeria.
Madbouly witnessed the signing of another Memorandum of
Understanding between the Agricultural Research Center in Egypt and the
National Higher School of Agricultural Engineering in Algeria. The document was
signed by Rania Al Mashat on behalf of Egypt and by Yacine El Mahdi Oualid,
Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries of Algeria.
Prime Minister attended the signing of a Memorandum of
Understanding on participation in international exhibitions and markets. The
agreement was signed between the Egyptian General Authority for Exhibitions and
Conferences and the Algerian Company for Exhibitions and Export. It was signed
by Hassan El Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, and by Yahia
Bechir, Minister of Industry of Algeria.
Madbouly oversaw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding
on financial dialogue between the Ministry of Finance of Egypt and the Ministry
of Finance of Algeria. The document was signed by Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of
Finance, and by Abdelkarim Bouzred, Minister of Finance of Algeria.
He also witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement
between the two governments in energy transition and new and renewable energy.
The agreement was signed by Mahmoud Esmat, Minister of Electricity and
Renewable Energy, and by Mourad Adjal, Minister of Energy and Renewable
Energies of Algeria.
Madbouly concluded the ceremony by witnessing the signing of
a Memorandum of Understanding in consumer protection. It was signed by Ibrahim El
Seginy, Head of the Consumer Protection Agency, and by Mohamed Mezghache,
Director General of Economic Control and Fraud Suppression at the Ministry of
Domestic Trade and National Market Regulation of Algeria.
