Jet2.com stated that the schedule includes seven weekly
direct flights to Sharm El Sheikh with two flights from Birmingham, one flight
from Edinburgh, two flights from Manchester and two flights from London
Stansted Airport.
Jet2.com added that the schedule also includes seven weekly
direct flights to Hurghada with two flights from Birmingham, one flight from
Glasgow, two flights from Manchester and two flights from London Stansted
Airport.
The airline confirmed that flight frequency will increase in
the following years. The expansion aligns with the Ministry of Tourism and
Antiquities plans to broaden Egypt’s tourist destinations and promote the
country as a diverse offering that caters to different visitor interests.
It is worth noting that the Jet2 group (Jet2 Airlines and
Holidays) includes Jet2.com, which is the third largest airline in the United
Kingdom. The group operates an extensive network from 13 British cities and
currently manages a fleet of 135 aircraft.
