FEDIS showcases digital services at Cairo ICT 2025

Fixed Egypt (FEDIS), a leading Egyptian company specializing in digital solutions and systems integration, announced its participation in Cairo ICT 2025. The company highlighted its role in supporting and developing a range of new government services launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology on the “Digital Egypt” platform. This is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to expand digital transformation and streamline procedures for citizens in Egypt and abroad.

Mahmoud Hadhoud, Executive Director of the Project Management Office at Fixed Egypt, said that participation in these projects confirms the company’s role as a key technology partner supporting government programs. FEDIS helps develop digital infrastructure and build innovative government platforms designed to meet citizens’ needs with the highest standards of quality and reliability.

He explained that FEDIS leverages its accumulated expertise to develop national platforms. This is particularly important given the rapid growth in digital service adoption in Egypt and the increasing demand for faster, more accessible services.

Hadhoud noted that FEDIS contributed to the technical infrastructure for new services on the Digital Egypt platform. The most notable is the individual credit inquiry service, which provides accurate data to help financial institutions make more informed decisions through a secure and efficient connection between the platform and relevant authorities. He emphasized that this integration enhances citizens’ trust in digital transactions and improves the quality of services offered.

He added that FEDIS also supported the operation of services for Egyptians abroad via the Digital Egypt platform. This includes civil status services, now available to citizens residing outside Egypt, allowing them to complete official procedures without returning to the country. Hadhoud said this step reflects the state’s efforts to strengthen its digital presence internationally and connect millions of Egyptians abroad to a unified, high-quality national services system.

Hadhoud stressed that the company’s efforts are part of a comprehensive vision to develop the e-government services ecosystem, expand integration between entities, and build a flexible digital infrastructure capable of supporting future services. FEDIS continuously uses the latest technologies to manage and operate government platforms, ensuring readiness, efficiency, and scalability.

He added that the company is fully committed to supporting the state’s plan to build an integrated digital society based on modern technology, providing fast, transparent, and user-friendly services. He confirmed that FEDIS’s role in supporting digital transformation projects will grow, in line with the state’s plans to expand and enhance digital services.

Hadhoud concluded that FEDIS’s participation in Cairo ICT 2025 provides an important opportunity to showcase its latest technological solutions and highlight the significant progress of the Digital Egypt platform, supported by its technology partners. He affirmed that FEDIS continues to deliver real value in digital transformation and will remain an essential part of Egypt’s vision to build a more advanced and efficient government services system in the coming years.
