Saad added that the company accelerated construction rates
across its projects this year, with completed work doubling compared to the
previous year. He noted that Golden Pillars Development plans to expand into
projects emphasizing privacy and exclusivity, particularly in the medical and
hospitality sectors, given their high investment value and the advanced
technical expertise they require.
Ayman Mohamed, the company's CEO, explained that execution
rates across the company’s projects are progressing faster than the established
timelines.
He highlighted that Golden Pillars Development’s expansion
is built on a broad track record of previous experience. The company’s founders
participated in the development of around 70 projects in New Cairo, Sheikh
Zayed, 6th of October City, and the New Administrative Capital. The company
also has a notable presence in Oman, with projects in Muscat and Salalah. In
addition, Golden Pillars Development is developing two projects in the Downtown
MU23 area of the New Administrative Capital and has contributed to establishing
and managing hotel projects and mixed-use buildings, including Sky Plaza Mall
in Shorouk City.
