The service allows citizens to securely and instantly access
their credit data through a trusted digital platform, supporting financial
awareness and helping improve the management of financial obligations.
The new service provides users with a digital credit report
that includes details of credit facilities, credit scores, and overall
creditworthiness. It also allows them to monitor their credit performance and
accurately review their information through the platform.
Citizens can access the Digital Egypt Platform, select the
credit report inquiry service under finance and credit services, and complete
verification steps to receive the report instantly, without needing to visit
banks or companies, facilitating easier access to financial services.
The launch of this service is part of the government’s plan
to integrate financial services into the national digital ecosystem, in line
with the Digital Egypt strategy aimed at achieving a fully integrated digital
society.
This service represents a qualitative addition to the
government’s digital services system, which now includes over 200 services,
with ongoing efforts to expand comprehensive digital services to citizens in
the near future.
