The announcement was made by Minister of Housing Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, who stated that the offering, part of a directive by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide decent housing for all income brackets, will commence on Sunday, November 16, 2025. The total program comprises approximately 400,000 units to be launched in multiple phases.
El-Sherbiny confirmed that interested citizens can view all
details, conditions booklets, and register to create a personal account
starting Wednesday, November 12, 2025, via the "Egypt Real Estate
Platform" electronic link: reservations.realestate.gov.eg.
The Minister stressed that the ministry is committed to
providing diverse units in various New Cities according to the highest quality
standards, supporting the state's goals for comprehensive urban development.
The 25,012 units are distributed across several projects: 2,986
units in the Janna and Sakan Misr projects, 10,614 units in the Dyarana
project, 9,412 units in the Zelal project, and 2,000 units of diverse housing
in the New Ismailia City.
The Ministry noted it seeks to simplify application and reservation procedures. Payment for the units can be made through Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza), bank branches, internet banking, and post offices.
