Janna Project unit handover starts in New Mansoura City

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced Sunday that the handover of residential buildings in the "Janna" project to beneficiaries in various zones of New Mansoura City is set to commence next Sunday, November 16, 2025.

The handover process will continue until Thursday, January 1, 2026, according to a pre-determined schedule.

El-Sherbiny stated that New Mansoura City features diverse housing areas, service zones, green spaces, and is being developed with regional, technological, logistical, and investment areas. He emphasized that the project aligns with the ministry's commitment to providing suitable housing, improving quality of life, and achieving sustainable development in line with Egypt's Vision 2030.

Engineer Sayed Ahmed Hammam, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, detailed the phased schedule for handing over the apartment buildings.

Buildings in Area 1 will be handed over as follows: buildings 9 to 15 on Sunday, November 16, 2025; buildings 16 to 20 on Monday, November 17, 2025; buildings 21 to 27 on Tuesday, November 18, 2025; buildings 28 to 33 on Wednesday, November 19, 2025; buildings 34 to 39 on Thursday, November 20, 2025; buildings 40 to 49 on Sunday, November 23, 2025; buildings 50, 51, 52 and 63 to 65 on Monday, November 24, 2025; and buildings 16, 67, 18, 70, 71, 79, and 81 to 84 on Tuesday, November 26, 2025. Wednesday, November 26, 2025, and Thursday, November 27, 2025, are allocated for those who missed their scheduled handover dates.

The Authority Head added that the remaining buildings in Area 1 will be handed over starting with buildings 85 to 93 on Sunday, November 30, 2025; building 94 and buildings 100 to 108 on Monday, December 1, 2025; buildings 109 to 113 and 115 to 118 on Tuesday, December 2, 2025; buildings 119 to 127 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025; buildings 128, 129, and 131 to 135 on Thursday, December 4, 2025; buildings 136 to 142 on Sunday, December 7, 2025; buildings 143 to 148 on Monday, December 8, 2025; and buildings 149 to 152 and 154 on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Wednesday, December 10, 2025, and Thursday, December 11, 2025, are designated for those who missed these handover appointments.

He indicated that units in Area 2 will be handed over as follows: building 1, buildings 3 to 7, and 9 to 13 on Sunday, December 14, 2025; buildings 14 to 19 on Monday, December 15, 2025; buildings 20 to 27 on Tuesday, December 16, 2025; buildings 28 to 34 on Wednesday, December 17, 2025; buildings 35 to 42 on Thursday, December 18, 2025; buildings 43 to 50 on Sunday, December 21, 2025; and buildings 51 to 59 on Monday, December 22, 2025. Buildings 60 to 62, along with buildings 7 and 64 in Area 3, will be handed over on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and Thursday, December 25, 2025, are reserved for those who missed the previous handover dates.

The Authority Head also noted that units in Area 4 will be handed over according to the following schedule: buildings 9 to 12, 33, 34, and 40 on Sunday, December 28, 2025; buildings 20, 41, 42, 52, 53, 154, 67, 69, and 70 on Monday, December 29, 2025; and buildings 16, 17, 22, 44, 49, and 68 on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and Thursday, January 1, 2026, are designated for those who missed the preceding handover dates.
