El-Sherbiny toured the M8 by the Lake project, which
comprises a total of 1,183 units, including villas and apartment buildings. The
lakes under construction cover an area of approximately 820,000 square meters.
He also inspected one of the units, emphasizing the need for work to proceed
according to the established timelines while maintaining the highest standards
of quality.
The minister directed the intensification of construction
works, the standardization of façade colors, the preparation of detailed schedules
for all tasks, and continuous on-site monitoring to ensure completion within
the set deadlines.
He also reviewed the lakes and the Boghaz Water Transmission
Project to New Marina Lake, following up on the ongoing works and directing coordination
with all relevant authorities. He stressed the importance of accelerating
progress given the project’s significance, which includes two pumping stations,
two pipelines, a water tunnel, and New Marina Lake itself.
The minister instructed the preparation of a comprehensive
timetable for all works, the deployment of labor and equipment, and the
provision of all necessary resources to ensure the project’s completion at the
earliest possible time.
