The project is located in West Cairo on a land area of
10,500 square meters. It includes two basement floors for parking, a ground
floor for commercial units, and three upper floors for administrative and
medical units.
The implementation comes as part of HDP’s strategy to expand
in mixed-use developments in line with market trends towards projects that
combine commercial, medical, and administrative components in strategic
locations.
Engineer Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of HDP, said that
the signing represents a new step in implementing an integrated project in
Sheikh Zayed. He said that the selection of Modern Engineering was based on its
strong track record in major projects that comply with quality standards.
Engineer Mohamed Mahlab, CEO and Managing Director of Modern
Engineering, said that the cooperation with HDP comes within the framework of
delivering projects that contribute to building a modern urban environment in
Sheikh Zayed. He said that the project features a contemporary design and a
strategic location close to key axes including 26 July and Dahshour as well as
major destinations such as Mall of Arabia, Arkan, and Nile University.
