El-Sherbiny said the ministry, through the New Urban
Communities Authority, has introduced a wide range of mechanisms to attract
investors. These tools aim to support opportunities in all new cities,
especially fourth-generation cities. He stressed that the approach is designed
to maximize the use of available land.
The meeting also covered investment opportunities at the
Marina Tourist Center, including proposed sites and the project’s master plan.
It further reviewed prospects within the Maspero Towers project. The minister
called for ongoing coordination with the company to finalize details and move
projects forward.
