He affirmed that the Egyptian Tax Authority is already in
contact with companies that are late in fulfilling these obligations.
Saad added that the Authority will continue engaging with
companies to expedite payment of subscriptions and solidarity contributions to
the Universal Health Insurance System before resorting to any escalation
measures.
He noted that this step by the Tax Authority is being taken in coordination with the Ministry of Health.
