Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, said the ministry is committed to providing land plots and housing units for citizens of all income brackets, especially Egyptians living abroad. He said the goal is to connect them with their homeland and enable them to build their own homes.

Wednesday, August 20, 2025: Plots 61-80.
Thursday, August 21, 2025: Plots 81-91.
Ninth supplementary phase:
Sunday, August 24, 2025: Plots 2, 3, and 8 in Block 25017,
Plot 7 in Block 25019,
Plot 6 in Block 25020
in the Entertainment District.
Rashad said that those who miss their scheduled dates can attend handovers from Monday, August 25, to Thursday, August 28. He added that all required documents, as specified in the terms and conditions booklet, must be brought to the handover.
