In a statement, TMG Holding reported that recurring income
and service activities generated EGP 4.6 billion, compared to EGP 2.7 billion a
year earlier, marking a 68% increase.
The Group’s backlog of delivered and undelivered sales
reached EGP 363.7 billion as of June 2025, up from EGP 245 billion in the
corresponding period of 2024, reflecting a 48% growth. The company noted that
this backlog is supported by a high-quality client base and a strong financial
position, and will be recognized as revenue upon unit delivery according to
contractual schedules.
Total Group revenues rose 43% to EGP 24.39 billion, compared
to EGP 17.02 billion in the first half of last year, while consolidated net
profit after tax surged 69% to EGP 8.1 billion, up from EGP 4.8 billion in the
same period of 2024.
At the standalone level, excluding subsidiaries’ results,
net profit reached EGP 275 million, compared to EGP 264 million in the first
half of last year, representing a 4.3% increase.
