active in two of its North Coast projects, D-Bay and Fouka Bay, aiming to
provide a hospitality experience within its integrated residential communities
that meets residents’ needs, while also expanding into strategic real estate
locations across Egypt.
Tatweer Misr added that Brassbell was selected to manage Bay
House due to its expertise in delivering advanced hospitality services using
modern technologies and smart operating models driven by data analysis,
ensuring high operational efficiency and a sustainable guest experience.
Tatweer Misr is partnering with Brassbell to offer a diverse
range of hospitality products and services under the Bay House brand, including
boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and tech-enabled property management
solutions.
Brassbell is recognized as a leading player in the serviced
apartment segment. The company currently manages 26 real estate assets and aims
to expand its portfolio to 1,200 units by the end of 2025. It has hosted more
than 400,000 guests across over 780 active units located in Zamalek, Downtown
Cairo, Alexandria, Hurghada, the North Coast, and Jeddah.
