El Sherbiny confirmed that the Real Estate and Commercial
Affairs Sector is one of the key sectors within the authority. He stressed the
importance of holding regular meetings to align objectives and visions during
the coming period.
The minister emphasized the need to maximize the authority’s
resources and expand project offerings. He directed intensifying efforts to
collect dues from all entities and facilitating procedures for citizens and
investors in line with approved facilitation measures. He also instructed the
development of digital platforms for project applications in line with the
state’s digital transformation and governance efforts, to ensure clients
experience tangible progress and improved efficiency within the sector.
El Sherbiny highlighted the importance of establishing a
mechanism to monitor client feedback to ensure that their requests and
suggestions are addressed in accordance with the relevant regulations and laws,
in order to provide integrated and efficient services.
He reviewed the sector’s plans for development and digital
transformation, the enhancement of the authority’s resources, and progress on
foreign investment opportunities. He also followed up on the status of
regularizing additional land areas in several new cities.
The meeting reviewed the status of current and upcoming
offerings of land plots, residential units, commercial outlets, and
administrative spaces.
