Michel El -Gamal, Head of the Electrical Appliances Division, confirmed that specialized industrial cities provided more than 200 thousand job opportunities, increased productivity by 25 %, and attracted investments that exceeded $ 10 billion, indicating that these cities contribute to achieving many economic benefits, including increasing productivity, reducing transportation costs and logistical services, and stimulating industrial innovation, adding as they contribute to enhancing exports and reducing dependence on Imports, which supports the state's balance of payments.

El -Gamal explained in press statements to him today, that these cities contribute to creating job opportunities for many Egyptians, which improves the standard of living, and these cities allow companies to increase productivity and improve the quality of products, in addition to that, industrial cities contribute to attracting foreign and local investments, which enhances the Egyptian economy in general.

He stressed that these cities provide access to modern technology and advanced infrastructure, which contributes to improving production efficiency by providing advanced logistical, financial and technological services, as these cities play an important role in raising the quality of products by providing modern technology and technical training, in a way that contributes to increasing the gross domestic product, by enhancing industrial production.

He pointed out that industrial success is the most important weapon to reduce import, provide hard currency, and achieve the most important goal, which is Egypt's transformation into an industrial country capable of self -sufficiency, and providing more job opportunities, especially in sectors of intensive workers that accommodate thousands of workers, as well as transferring and localizing advanced technology
