The opening coincides with the success of TMG’s flagship Saudi project, Banan, one of the largest smart residential communities being developed in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC) in northeast Riyadh.
The Banan project covers 10 million square meters and aims
to provide more than 27,000 diverse residential units for over 120,000
residents within an integrated, gated community.
The development adheres to high sustainability standards, allocating 40 percent of its area to green and open spaces. It features smart infrastructure, including comprehensive services for education, health, commerce, entertainment, and transportation.
