investment. The government seeks to attract investors with advanced technical
expertise in electric vehicles. The establishment of this factory will help
transfer modern technology to Egypt. It will also enhance the country’s ability
to produce electric vehicles locally and export them to regional markets. The
project will increase the competitiveness of Egyptian automotive products and
attract reputable global brands to the sector.
Mansour Automotive Group will build the factory within 12
months in cooperation with the implementing companies. The project is expected
to attract initial investments of around €135 million.
