El-Sherbiny pointed out that the Tenth Offering is the largest offering in all phases of the project, and allocation is currently underway according to the priority of Central Bank transfer arrivals. At the end of this phase, facilitations may be granted, allowing the booking of more than one plot with the remaining funds, based on what is available in the Tenth Offering.
He indicated that the Tenth Phase of the Beit Al Watan
project was previously offered with approximately 3,000 land plots. However,
due to an unprecedented increase in the number of transfers, directives were
issued to accommodate all transfers, and accordingly, the number of offered
plots was increased to 15,000 land plots.
The Minister of Housing said that the project is considered one of the important pillars for providing land to Egyptians abroad to connect them with their homeland and enable them to build their own housing according to the regulations.
