He also commended the ongoing collaboration between the
Ministry and the AOI in supporting local industries and products within the water
and sanitation sector, highlighting the AOI's crucial role in domestically
manufacturing essential supplies.
Major General Abdel Latif affirmed the AOI's commitment to
continued fruitful cooperation, further research, and development to meet the
growing needs of Egypt's significant urban development.
Discussions covered the detailed status of all first-phase
water and sanitation projects, presented by the heads of NOPWASD and HCWW.
Participants underscored the importance of adhering to deadlines and addressing
any implementation hurdles.
