Egyptian pound holds steady against US dollar

The US dollar remained stable against the Egyptian pound at the close of trading on Sunday, October 19, 2025. The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) set the rate at EGP 47.49 for buying and EGP 47.63 for selling.
