El-Sherbiny orders removal of 3 building violations on Northwest Coast

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, issued three decisions to remove building violations on Northwest Coast land plots, reinforcing the ongoing effort to eliminate violations and unauthorized construction in urban communities and new cities.

The Minister of Housing emphasized the need for consistent monitoring of Northwest Coast development projects to ensure optimal land use and adherence to ministerial regulations and building permits.

The decisions mandate the removal of unpermitted ground, first, and roof floor buildings within a tourist village on the Alexandria-Matrouh coastal road, located within the Northwest Coast Second Sector Development Authority's jurisdiction.

The decisions authorize the Northwest Coast Second Sector Development Authority, with support from the Construction Police and the local police department, to execute the removals.
