El-Sherbiny stressed that the ministry aims to maximize the benefit from the investments poured into residential and development projects across new cities and various areas. He noted that the Ministry of Housing has implemented a large number of diverse projects recently, leading to the development of marketing and promotional plans for these units in various cities, in cooperation with several real estate marketing companies. This, he added, is in line with the state's direction towards increasing partnerships with the private sector.
The Minister reviewed proposed investment projects in
several new cities, asserting that there are diverse investment opportunities
and a focus on expanding partnership projects with different companies across
all investment models in the coming period. This expansion will follow a set of
determined mechanisms designed to suit all segments of investors and real
estate developers.
El-Sherbiny also reviewed the sales status of the units the company is marketing in the New Administrative Capital.
