According to the company's statement, the new phase includes
administrative and commercial units starting from 50 square meters, while the
project features a triple-play system, high-speed elevators, and an advanced
building management system.
The company has completed the delivery of the previous phases of the project, and approximately 30 companies have already started their operations within this complex.
