The residential project, "ÈLM Tree," is located in the northern part of 6th of October City and has an investment value of 10 billion Egyptian pounds ($324 million).
The project spans 58 feddans, with 32 feddans dedicated to
low-density residential units, including apartments and duplexes, surrounded by
expansive green spaces.
Green areas constitute 80% of the project's total area,
which also includes a 7-feddan park, El Gazzar said.
Founded in 2024, ÈLM Real Estate Development specializes in designing and constructing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
