Engineer Amr Pasha, Chairman of Vivienda Developments, said
the project is located in Basin 8 of the Green Belt in Sheikh Zayed. He noted
that the choice of West Cairo came after years of operating in East Cairo,
driven by rising demand for quieter and more spacious areas, particularly
Sheikh Zayed and the Green Belt, which have become strong attractions following
major infrastructure and road upgrades.
He added that the project offers a diverse mix of
residential units, including standalone villas, twin houses, and townhouses,
with sizes starting from 230 square meters, to cater to different customer
segments.
The company has contracted YBA, led by architect Yasser Al-Beltagy,
as the architectural and landscape consultant; Huawei and Protech as technology
consultants; AMG as the engineering consultant; and El Hosany Engineering
Consultants for design services.
The company further stated that its projects in New Cairo
are valued at approximately EGP 400 million, with plans to inject new
investments in West Cairo next year, including Sheikh Zayed, New October, and
New Zayed. The company also plans to launch additional projects in New Cairo
covering residential, administrative, and commercial developments.
