The New Obour City Development Authority will conduct the lotteries for plots in the Al-Qadisiyah, Kilo 48, and Al-Amal areas, which have been officially incorporated into the new city.
El-Sherbiny underscored the importance of finalizing the
regularization process for citizens and entities on the newly added land to
ensure the creation of integrated urban communities.
The first manual public lottery, number 16, will take place
on Monday, August 18, for clients who paid their down payments by July 31,
according to Dr. Ahmed Ismail, head of the New Obour City Development
Authority. This lottery will cover plots of 209-276 square meters in the
Al-Qadisiyah and Kilo 48 areas.
Lottery number 17 will be held on Tuesday, August 19, for
clients who also paid by July 31, for plots ranging from 350-500 square meters
in the same areas.
A third lottery, number 18, will also take place on Tuesday,
August 19, for clients who made down payments by July 31 for plots ranging from
209-500 square meters in the Al-Amal area.
Attendees must be present at the authority's headquarters by 10 a.m. for registration, with doors closing at noon. To participate, individuals must present a form of identification and the original payment receipt.
