Building minds before walls:
TMG’s development strategy is more than just building
houses. The Group is dedicated to providing integrated creative platforms that
establish its projects as complete communities for modern living. For example, its
project Madinaty has successfully hosted five editions of the International
Sculpture Symposium, which brought together artists from across the globe. This
has enriched the local art scene and added a unique, aesthetic flair to the
urban landscape.
Collaborating with the Ministry of Culture, TMG has
organized numerous book fairs to encourage reading and share knowledge among
all age groups. Their efforts also extend to supporting seminars, cultural
events, community festivals, and educational workshops. These initiatives aim
to boost awareness, hone talents, and build the intellectual capacity of new
generations, aligning with TMG's vision for sustainable development.
Supporting technical education and university students:
The Group has contributed to supporting specialized
educational institutions, including the Metwally El Shaarawy School for Applied
Technology and the first specialized "Landscape" school in Egypt, in
cooperation with the Ministry of Education. TMG also offers summer training for
university students at its real estate projects and organizes field trips for
fine arts students, giving them direct insight into urban planning concepts and
their practical applications.
Sports and creating a healthy community:
Believing in the power of sports to foster human development
and a sense of community, TMG is a strong supporter of Egypt’s sports movement.
The Group celebrates national champions on the world stage and provides
athletes with various forms of support. TMG has also helped develop sports
infrastructure by sponsoring youth centers, organizing marathons, and hosting
diverse sports activities in its communities to encourage residents to live an
active, healthy lifestyle.
Partnership to localize industry:
The Group signed a cooperation agreement with the Arab
Organization for Industrialization and the international company Schindler to
create a local elevator assembly facility. This partnership aims to localize
technology, boost reliance on local production, and provide thousands of jobs
for young people. The facility is expected to produce around 5,000 elevators
annually, which will meet the needs of Ministry of Housing projects and support
national development.
First-of-its-kind job fair in Egypt for TMG residents:
TMG was a pioneer among real estate developers by organizing
a job fair exclusively for its residents, a move that highlights the company’s
commitment to improving the quality of life in its communities. The fair
offered direct employment opportunities within TMG and its network of partners
and suppliers, helping to empower young people and provide them with a sustainable
income. TMG was careful to diversify the job offerings across various
sectors—including services, maintenance, administration, and marketing—to match
the skills and expertise of the applicants.
Supporting the healthcare sector:
The Talaat Moustafa Group plays a leading role in supporting
the healthcare sector, contributing to prominent medical institutions such as 57357
Hospital, Ahl Masr Hospital, the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation, and the National
Cancer Institute.
As part of its commitment to social responsibility, the Group established the Talaat Moustafa Charity Hospital in Alexandria, which provides free healthcare services to residents in the governorates of Alexandria, Beheira, and Matrouh.
