the renowned Italian firm focused on urban planning and smart city design, to
lead the development of the Heliopolis project. Spanning 240,000 square meters,
the project offers a contemporary urban model that blends modernity with local
character and improves livability in one of Cairo’s most dynamic districts.
The Sphinx project, located on an 800-acre site west of
Cairo, will be developed in partnership with HHCP Design Innovations, a
US-based firm with over 60 years of experience in smart and sustainable
architecture. The project introduces a new urban community designed with a
focus on environmental integration, technological innovation, and long-term
sustainability.
