Dr. Remon Taghian, CEO of CCR, stated that the company’s
latest project is located in East Cairo, specifically in the New Administrative
Capital, which is witnessing strong investment momentum and increasing demand
from customers. He noted that the company will announce further details about
the project in the coming days.
The CCR project portfolio includes two developments in the
New Administrative Capital. The first is the Front Gate project, a mixed-use
development comprising commercial, administrative, and medical units, as well
as hotel apartments. It spans 4,000 square meters and consists of a ground
floor and seven upper floors.
The Front Gate project is strategically located near
Mostakbal City and serves several surrounding areas, including the New
Administrative Capital, Madinaty, and Mostakbal City. The concrete structure has
been fully completed, with 60% of the electromechanical work and more than 70%
of the facade installations finalized.
The second project, CORE, is a commercial and administrative development located in the R3 district, just steps from the Sports City and five minutes from the main gate. Construction work is currently in progress.
