The development includes over 86 commercial units within 27
fully integrated buildings, featuring a variety of dining venues, cafés, and
international fashion and retail brands, alongside diverse service facilities.
The six zones have been structured as follows:
Zone A comprises a hypermarket, fast food outlets,
administrative offices, and medical units.
Zone B is designated for restaurants and cafés.
Zone C hosts banks, service centers, and a dedicated
children’s play area.
Zone D features dine-in restaurants and retail stores.
Zone E focuses on fashion and retail brands.
Zone F includes sports courts for squash and padel, in
addition to a dedicated skate area.
MRB confirmed that Majid Al Futtaim Retail has joined the
project with its Carrefour Hypermarket, marking the first strategic brand in
the development. The company also revealed that additional local and
international tenants will be announced soon to ensure a diverse and balanced
offering across all activity zones.
