New Administrative Capital company receives bids for residential land

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) has received new requests from several companies for six plots of land in the R8 residential district.

ACUD received nine bids in total, which will now be reviewed. Land allocation will be based on the offers submitted, with priority given to companies that previously applied in past offerings but did not secure land.

These six plots are remnants from a previous offering in the R8 district, where 16 plots were initially tendered. Ten of those were already awarded to companies, and ACUD re-offered the remaining plots.

The land plots range in size from 14 to 60 feddans and are designated for integrated urban development. ACUD has set payment terms requiring a 5% reservation deposit, an additional 20% of the land value upon allocation, and the remaining balance to be paid in eight semi-annual installments over four years.
