emphasized the Ministry’s commitment, along with other state institutions, to
providing full support to its partners through an integrated framework that
helps overcome operational challenges and accelerate the integration of new
discoveries into the production map. This aligns with the first pillar of the
Ministry’s strategy, which focuses on boosting domestic production and meeting
the local demand for natural gas and petroleum products.
Richard Hall
reaffirmed that Egypt remains a strategic partner and a central focus of Dana
Gas’s investments, thanks to its promising exploration regions. He highlighted
the company’s plans to intensify upstream operations and fast-track the
connection of newly discovered wells to production.
He also
expressed his appreciation for Minister Badawi’s visit to the Begona-2 well
site, located in the New Manzala concession in the onshore Nile Delta. The site
is operated by El Wastani Petroleum Company in partnership with Dana Gas. He

motivating them to continue their efforts in the coming phase.
