The company announced that V40 District will feature a mix
of residential, commercial, administrative, and entertainment offerings. Phases
of the project will be rolled out in line with the company's strategic plan,
with the commercial phase currently receiving significant attention and already
underway.
City Edge has begun offering units in the commercial phase,
which spans 20 feddans and represents a total investment of 17 billion Egyptian
pounds. This phase includes commercial, administrative, and medical units, as
well as various services designed to meet the needs of project clients and
residents of East Cairo.
The commercial phase of V40 District marks City Edge's initial foray into integrated commercial projects in New Cairo. It will feature commercial units up to 800 square meters, aiming to attract major brands and restaurants.
