implement projects across its urban developments. These partnerships also
contributed to a 584 percent year-on-year increase in revenues, reflecting the
significant expansion of the company’s operations over the past year.
Engineer Ayman El Kousey, Managing Director and CEO of the
company, emphasized that these positive results reflect Midar’s solid market
position and leadership, which it has built through years of consistent
performance in the Egyptian market. He added that the strength of the company's
financial indicators is evidence of the success of Midar’s model as a founding
and master developer of sustainable integrated cities in Egypt. This success
serves as an additional incentive to attract more major investment entities to
collaborate with the company in developing modern integrated residential and
entertainment cities.
