Nader Khozam, Chairman and CEO of IL CAZAR, said that the new project, "The C," is the company's second in Ras El Hekma and its third launch in 2025.
He added that the new project is located at kilometer 188, spanning an area of 114 acres. "The C" will be developed on only 20% of the total land area, with the aim of preserving residents' privacy and offering a limited number of residential units.
He pointed out that the project includes a variety of residential units, most of which are standalone villas, twin houses, chalets, penthouses, and private beach cabins, with areas ranging from 154 square meters to 355 square meters.
