The Arab African International Bank won the "Best Sustainable Bank" award in appreciation of its efforts to integrate the principles of sustainable financing within its strategy. In November 2024, the bank launched the largest sustainability in Africa with a value of $ 500 million in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the British International Investment (BII), which confirms confidence in the exceptional financial center of the Arab African International Bank in light of the economic and geopolitical challenges witnessed in the region. The revenues were devoted to financing green projects, such as renewable energy and sustainable buildings, and supporting small and medium companies.
